Turmeric & Curcumin 60 Capsules

Turmeric & Curcumin supplement that provides a blend of turmeric root and turmeric extract. This supplement provides 95% curcuminoids, the highest concentration available. Some curcumin products use an extract which provides only 85% curcuminoids. Curcumin is the constituent of turmeric that contains all the beneficial properties. In food sources of turmeric, curcumin only amounts to 3%.

To further increase curcumin absorption, black pepper extract is included as it is renowned for increasing bioavailability of turmeric. Ginger, a member of the turmeric family, has also been added to the formula for its similar and complementary effects.

Try taking turmeric with a meal that contains fat as this may further increase absorption.
