Vitamin B1 supplement that provides 100mg of pure thiamine hydrochloride within our signature vegetable capsules. There are two forms of thiamine often used in vitamin B1 supplements - thiamine hydrochloride and thiamine mononitrate. Both are synthetic, however thiamine hydrochloride (HCl) is water-soluble, unlike thiamine mononitrate making it much more effective as the body can absorb it easier. While we use thiamine hydrochloride in our supplements, a lot of other supplements on the market do not as it is more time consuming and harder to manufacture.
